I am so grateful you are here and will intentionally provide a space that meets you wherever you are in your journey—whether you're working through trauma, navigating relationship challenges, managing anxiety or depression, or processing grief and life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, from children through adults. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused CBT, Problematic Sexual Behavior CBT for youth, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengths based work to help you build coping skills, heal from past wounds, and strengthen your connections. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
